Small habits.
A healthier everyday.
Movement, restorative sleep and varied meals are the foundations. Build a routine you can return to, one realistic step at a time.
Start where you are.
For adults, aim toward at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week, plus muscle-strengthening activity on at least two days. Some movement is better than none; short sessions count.
A few minutes at a time
Begin with a comfortable walk. Build toward a brisk pace where you can talk but not sing. An example weekly goal is 30 minutes on five days.
Use simple movements
Try controlled chair sit-to-stands, wall push-ups and resistance-band rows. Start with a comfortable number of repetitions and gradually build up.
Move between tasks
Stand up, walk around or do gentle shoulder and ankle movements during long periods at a desk. Choose movements that feel comfortable.

Give rest a regular place.
Most adults aged 18–60 need at least seven hours of sleep each night. Seven to eight hours may suit many people, while others need more. Sleep quality and a consistent schedule matter too.
| Habit | A practical way to begin |
|---|---|
| Keep a consistent schedule | Choose a regular bedtime and waking time, including on weekends where possible. |
| Create a calmer evening | Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bed. Read, listen to quiet music or try gentle breathing. |
| Prepare your room | Keep the bedroom quiet, relaxing and at a comfortable, cool temperature. |
| Watch evening timing | Avoid caffeine in the afternoon or evening and large meals or alcohol shortly before bed. |
| Notice persistent difficulties | Speak with a healthcare professional if you regularly struggle to sleep or remain tired despite enough time in bed. |

Make the basics enjoyable.
Choose a varied diet
Include vegetables, fruit, whole grains, pulses and suitable protein sources across your meals. One supplement cannot replace that variety.
Keep water close
Drink regularly through the day, adjusting to your activity, weather and personal needs. Follow any fluid advice given by your clinician.
Snack with intention
Choose fruit, plain yoghurt or other foods that fit your needs. Freeze-dried fruit adds crunch; read the label and enjoy a sensible portion.
An evening routine with PM Elixir
If PM Elixir is suitable for you, mix one 10 g scoop with 200–250 ml of cold water and enjoy 30–45 minutes before bed. Pair your ritual with regular sleep habits and follow the safety information on your jar.
