Know what is in your jar.
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) records results for a tested sample or batch. Match the batch number on your pack to the report before drawing conclusions about your product.
| Document | What it will show | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Certificate of Analysis | Product and batch identification, laboratory details, test dates and reported results. | Published: batch VNPWT260008 ↓ |
| Heavy-metal test report | Measured results for lead and other metals covered by the laboratory panel, with units and reporting limits. | Not published yet |
| Nutrition analysis | Measured nutritional values with a clear per-100 g and per-10 g serving basis. | Not published yet |
The Certificate of Analysis for batch VNPWT260008 is summarised below. The heavy-metal test report and nutrition analysis are not published yet. A “not detected” result means below the test’s detection or reporting limit, not necessarily zero. A CoA does not by itself establish a product’s clinical benefits.

This report covers one sampled batch and its tested parameters only. It is a composition and physical-test report. It does not include heavy-metal or nutrition testing.
The complete Certificate of Analysis is not displayed publicly in order to safeguard the proprietary formulation. The summary above faithfully presents the tested parameters and results as issued by the laboratory.
10 g per scoop.
Details that matter.
Mix one 10 g scoop in 200–250 ml of cold water and enjoy 30–45 minutes before bed. A 300 g jar provides 30 servings when measured at 10 g each.
| Information | Current published detail |

| Net quantity | 300 g |
| Serving size | 10 g |
| Energy, macronutrients and sugars | Refer to the current product label. A verified online nutrition panel has not yet been published here. |
| Declared vitamins and minerals | Per-serving quantities and reference-intake percentages will be shown with the verified nutrition information. |
Ingredient weight, nutrient content and absorption are different measurements. For example, the amount of magnesium bisglycinate is not the same as the amount of elemental magnesium. Nutrition testing does not, on its own, measure bioavailability.
Research, with context.
The studies below investigate individual ingredients or specific preparations. They are not clinical trials of PM Elixir. Forms, doses, participant groups and study duration may differ from this product, so their results cannot be assumed to apply to a scoop of PM Elixir.
Glycine · sleep-related research
A small controlled study in partially sleep-restricted healthy volunteers examined bedtime glycine and next-day sleepiness, fatigue and performance. Its narrow setting and small sample limit how widely the findings can be applied; it does not demonstrate that PM Elixir treats insomnia.
Magnesium · normal muscle and nerve function
Magnesium is involved in normal muscle and nerve function, protein synthesis and energy metabolism. Those established nutrient roles should not be confused with proof that a magnesium supplement improves sleep. The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes that rigorous evidence for magnesium supplements in sleep disorders is insufficient.

Saffron · studies of specific extracts
A 28-day randomized placebo-controlled trial involving 120 adults with unsatisfactory sleep found improvements in selected self-reported sleep outcomes with a standardized saffron extract, but not all measured outcomes differed from placebo. The authors called for longer studies and objective sleep measures. Results for that extract do not establish equivalence to saffron in another blend.
Hyaluronic acid · skin hydration research
A randomized study involving 129 women reported improved skin hydration with specific oral hyaluronic acid preparations over several weeks. The trial supports further interest in this ingredient; it does not prove the same results for PM Elixir or establish an immediate effect from a single serving.
Glutathione · antioxidant research
Glutathione is part of the body’s antioxidant system. A randomized controlled study investigated whether oral supplementation changed glutathione stores. A change in a biomarker is not the same as proving a visible skin benefit, disease prevention or a “detox” effect, and cannot establish the performance of PM Elixir.
Curcuminoids · exercise recovery research
A randomized placebo-controlled trial in 19 men examined curcumin supplementation after muscle-damaging exercise, measuring oxidative stress, inflammation, muscle damage and soreness. Such small, preparation-specific trials do not establish a recovery effect for PM Elixir.
Glycine, proline and lysine · collagen biology
Collagen is a structural protein built from amino acids. Glycine is repeated throughout its structure, while proline and modified lysine residues contribute to its formation and stability. This biological role is not proof that a blend of these amino acids increases collagen or improves skin or joints in people taking it.
Freeze-dried fruit · preservation research
A comparative study of maoberry fruit found that freeze-drying retained more of several measured compounds, including vitamin C, than the hot-air conditions tested. This illustrates why lower heat exposure can matter; the numerical results cannot be transferred to every fruit or used as a universal “percentage of nutrition retained.”
