Shipping Policy
At Biteburst, we strive to deliver your products safely, efficiently, and in the best condition possible. Shipping charges may apply to orders and are calculated based on factors such as delivery location, order weight, and logistics partner rates. These charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Please note that shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.
Each order is shipped to a single delivery address provided at the time of purchase. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.
Orders are dispatched from our facility or authorized partner facilities to locations across India. Our standard processing and dispatch timeline is within 1–3 business days, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, typical delivery may take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. In the event that a shipment is delayed or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer (such as wrong name, address, or contact details), any additional re-delivery charges may be borne by the customer.
If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, we request that you refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately with your order reference number. Please reach out within 24 hours so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
If your order is not received within the expected timeframe or you face any delivery issues, please contact our support team and we will help resolve the matter.
