Refund Policy

At Biteburst, we deal in food products that are perishable in nature. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, exceptions may be made in the following situations:

  • You receive an incorrect product
  • The product is received in a damaged or tampered condition

To process such requests, we reserve the right to request product images, videos, or relevant proof in order to verify the issue and determine whether the product has been damaged, misused, or altered after delivery.

We request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution due to the perishable nature of our products.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days, depending on standard banking procedures.

At Biteburst, we maintain strict quality checks and do not sell expired products. In the rare event that you receive an expired product, we will provide a gift voucher worth 10× the product value as a goodwill gesture.

Products that are not damaged, incorrect, or expired are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

For products with expiry mentioned in MM/YY format, the product is considered valid until the last day of that month, as per international expiry standards.
